About Anthony Ziccardi

Anthony Ziccardi, president and founder of Business Communications Specialists, Inc., has more than 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure with a particular expertise in telecommunications.  Ziccardi is an expert in a broad range of telecommunications issues and solutions.  Beginning his career in sales, Ziccardi was able to familiarize himself with a broad range of product and service offerings for clients.  He believes that his early experiences laid the groundwork for his future career as a technology and infrastructure consultant at Business Communications Specialists (BCS), a company he founded in 2003. 

Ziccardi works to be an advocate for his clients and helps them navigate the overwhelming world of telecommunications.   Through his hands-on work he creates customized service plans that cater to both the needs and budget of client businesses. He prides himself on customer service and his expertise enables him to coordinate the entire process of choosing, implementing, and managing the service and maintenance for leading-edge services.

Throughout his years in the telecommunication industry, Ziccardi has found that the key to being successful is constant training and growth. “You must always stay in touch with and continue learning about this field, because the technology and various products are changing all of the time,” he says.

Ziccardi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Joseph’s University.  In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of BCS, Ziccardi is a member of Philadelphia Infragard, a cooperative organization whose members work with government agencies to help ensure the security and stability of critical infrastructures.  He is also a Technology Committee Advisor for South Jersey BizBuzz.

Ziccardi lives in Voorhees, New Jersey, with his wife and business partner Andréa and their two children.  Active in the community, he coaches intramural soccer for the Voorhees Soccer Association and volunteers with several charitable organizations including the Canuso Foundation.  Ziccardi also maintains a sports and telecommunications blog at www.bcshelp.com.
